Cancellation Policy
Tickets are valid for one person per ticket only for the day and time of the booked tour. Our guided property tour is approximately 45 minutes. Good walking shoes are recommended. Property tours are available for groups of up to 10 people, but cannot have less than 2 people. You must book an event if your party is more than 10 people. To cancel or reschedule your tour, please make an adjustment on our online calendar, or contact us at least 24 hours before the start of your scheduled tour time. Cancellations that are made less than 24 hours in advance, and no-shows will be charged the full price.
